What is worst than a breaking up with your respective partners? Breaking up with your Best Friends! Because you do not have any shoulder to cry on, when close friends fall apart. We have seen several such examples of best friends, in many cases childhood buddies growing apart for the reasons best known to them. Well, we take a look at what went wrong with Shahid Kapoor and Ahmed Khan, Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli & Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali friendships.
1. Shahid Kapoor and Ahmed Khan
Shahid Kapoor and Ahmed Khan have literally been the chadddi buddies. This childhood friendship came under scanner when it was reported that the two are at loggerheads. The matter aggravated when Ahmed Khan was missing from Shahid Kapoor’s high profile wedding ceremony with Mira Rajput took place. And looks like the choreographer’s latest outburst against his actor friend could be the final nail in coffin. In a report, Ahmed said that he was ‘not invited’ to the wedding and Shahid did not visit him while he has been injured lately. He further added that it will take some time for them to be friends again. We really hope it happens soon.
2. Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli
Words will not be enough to describe about the greatest Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. And such was his solid friendship with fellow Mumbai lad and cricketer Vinod Kambli. Sachin and Vinod played together since the childhood days, created famous record 664 runs partnership. But their friendship soured result of clashing personalities. Kambli in a reality show Sach Ka Saamna had spoken about Sachin not doing enough for him. It changed their equation as Vinod Kambli was not part of Sachin’s post retirement bash with Sachin later being absent from Vinod Kambli’s marriage.

The fall out started when Salman who gifted Sanjay a DVD of Christopher Nolan’s Prestige, which inspired the director to write script ofGuzaarish (2010). But when he went ahead with casting Hrithik Roshan as the lead, all hells broke loose with Salman taking potshots at the maker after the movie fared tepidly at box office. Currently, Sanjay Leela Bhansali continues to believe Salman remains a close friend but Salman maintains having a strictly working relationship. Tch. Tch.
