Be it for payment or for some other unspecified reasons, or due to his demanding work schedule, Salman Khan has been facing issues hosting the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ since the past couple of years. In the last season of the show, the channel managed to get him on-board by offering double pay. Yet, due to his unalterable shooting schedule, Salman had to leave ‘Bigg Boss Season 8’ mid-way and make way for Farah Khan to take over the role as the show’s host. The channel has seen surge in TRPs December 2014 onwards, hence, bringing Farah on-board appeared the only feasible option left.
Although, Salman had made clear to the channel that he won’t be hosting ‘Bigg Boss Season 9’, buzz has it that the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ star has changed his decision and is working out dates with the channel.
“The modalities are fast being worked out. We will start the show as per Salman’s availability of dates,” a daily quoted to a website. If this turns out to be a fact rather than just hearsay, we’re sure it will gladden the hearts of many BB and Salman fans out here. After all, what’s BB without Salman’s wit and humour, no?
